PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of simplifying the manufacturing process by facilitating positioning between a phosphor film and a reflecting plate aperture part and improving the light emission efficiency. SOLUTION: A circular phosphor film 15 is formed at a center part, by forming an anode glass plate 10 into a circular plate shape; an aperture 9a is formed to oppose the phosphor film 15 at the center part of a reflection plate 9, arranged between the anode glass plate 10 and a cathode glass plate 11, and the reflecting plate 9 is installed into a cylindrical glass material 12 in a state with an outer periphery contacting with the inner face, and both the end parts of the cylindrical glass material 12 are vacuum-sealed by the anode glass plate 10 and the cathode glass plate 11. According to this, the aperture 9a of the reflection plate 9 can be readily positioned, as well as, with high accuracy on the phosphor film 15. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
