PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat position and shape changing device for changing the positions and shapes of structural parts over a plurality of types with the selection of one operation knob while well operating the plurality of types in a small space, even when the operation knob is installed on the cross side of a vehicular seat in the small space adjacent to an opened/closed door. SOLUTION: The rotating operation knob 51 includes a rotating operation knob body 52, and a change-over knob 57 stored in the storage recessed portion 53 of the rotating operation knob body 52 and adapted to be moved relatively to the rotating operation knob 52 with the rotating operation relative to the rotating operation knob body 52. The change-over knob 57 is moved relatively to the rotating operation knob body 52 to change over an input position to an input actuating force from the rotating operation knob 52 to one of a tilting gear and a varying gear receiving two actuating forces.
