The invention relates to a method for extracting non-volatile natural compounds contained in a solid raw material of natural origin, in particular a plant, in a dispersible form, using a natural fatty substance or a mixture of natural fatty substances, in particular a vegetable oil or a mixture of vegetable oils, characterized in that it comprises: - at least one step a) comprising the mixing and impregnation of the solid raw material in dispersible form with the natural fatty substance at a temperature above the melting point of the fatty substance and in an atmosphere that is free or essentially free of oxygen, - at least one step b) comprising the heating of the mixture at a high temperature for a very short period and in an atmosphere that is free or essentially free of oxygen, - and at least one step c) comprising the microdispersion of the solid material and optionally the rupturing of the cells of the raw material in the natural fatty substance at a temperature above the melting point of the fatty substance and in an atmosphere free or essentially free of oxygen, whereby step c) can be carried out before, during or after step b). |
