The production process comprises inserting a first component into a negative mold (1) and then electrophoretically or galvanically depositing a second component made of ceramic or metal into the negative mold around the first component. The first component serves as an electrode having electrically conducting surface for electrophoretic or galvanic deposition. The electrically conducting surface is a gliding surface, which is formed by a coating that is a sacrificial layer.
