<p>An optical scanner (1) is provided with a reflecting mirror (2), movable beams (3a, 3b), driving sections (4a-4d), a fixed section (5), and extending sections (6a-6d). The reflecting mirror (2) is provided with a reflecting surface (7) which can swing about a swinging axis line (AX), reflects a luminous flux entered and performs scanning. The movable beams (3a, 3b) are composed of first beam portions (8a, 8b) and second beam portions (9a-9d). The extending sections (6a-6d) respectively extend in the direction perpendicular to the swinging axis line (AX), i.e., in the X axis direction, on a plane parallel to the reflecting surface (7) from the both sides of a beam connecting portion (CP) where the first beam portions (8a, 8b) and the second beam portions (9a-9d) are connected to each other.</p> |
