<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a system capable of using in-section excessive power for power interchange in a building while preventing a reverse flow to the outside of the building when an excessive power is generated in the inside of a section while using an existing highly versatile cogeneration system. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit 3 can switch an operation mode between two modes: a self-consuming mode for supplying the generated power of a power generation unit 2 to a power load 31 of a dwelling 21 in which a target cogeneration system 1 to be output-controlled is installed, supplying the excessive power to an electrothermal heater 5 without reversely flowing the excessive power to an in-building circuit 15 when the excessive power exists, and exerting control to stop the output of power generation of the power generation unit 2 when a further excessive power exists, and a full output mode for supplying the generation power of the power generation unit 2 to the power load 31 and reversely flowing all the excessive power to the in-building circuit 15 when the excessive power exists. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
