<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parenteral solution preparation of argatroban, hardly causing change of content by vaporization, enabling long-term preservation, and packed in a plastic container. <P>SOLUTION: The parenteral solution preparation of the argatroban, containing 1-10 mg/mL of the argatroban in the parenteral solution is prepared by filling the parenteral solution containing an alcohol into a polypropylene container having an opening sealed with a butyl rubber stopper, and sealing the resultant container in a gas-barrier packaging material in combination with an oxygen scavenger. Preferably, the gas-barrier packaging material has shading properties. The parenteral solution is preferably filled into a pre-filled syringe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
