PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle drive support device capable of controlling vehicle speed so as to pass through an intersection at a set appropriate speed while passing through the crosswalk or the like at an appropriate speed when there is a crosswalk, for example, ahead of the intersection passed through. SOLUTION: In turning to a right side or a left side at an intersection on an estimated course, deceleration control is performed from a predetermined distance ahead of the intersection so as to pass through the intersection at a target passage speed. On the assumption that there is a crosswalk ahead of the intersection passed after turning to the right side or left side is estimated, an intersection acceleration suppressing process does not accelerate the vehicle until a camera detects the intersection or until the vehicle finishes to travel a predetermined distance after passing through the intersection.
