<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for continuously separating/recovering the material of a cladding material, wherein operability and productivity are excellent and the quality of a brazing filler metal and a core material which are to be recovered is excellent by efficiently recovering the brazing filler metal and the core material from the cladding material. <P>SOLUTION: The continuous separating/recovering device 100 is provided with: a treatment tank 10; a treatment liquid temperature holding means 20; a cladding material charging means 30; a belt conveyer 40; a molten brazing filler metal recovering means 50; and a core material recovering means 60. The belt conveyer 40 includes: a belt 41 having a mesh M dropping off the molten brazing filler metal; and a plurality of rolls 42 circulating the belt 41. The belt 41 is tilted from the position in the vicinity of the water bottom of a treatment liquid W in one side of the treatment tank 10 in the treatment tank 10 toward the water face of the treatment liquid W in the other side of the treatment tank 10, and is provided so as to be extended to the upper part of the core material recovering means 60 at the outside of the treatment tank 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
