摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of obtainable pellets by changing arrangement of electrode pads without changing a design rule. SOLUTION: The electrode pads 14a, 14b, 14c and 14d are arranged at the periphery of a magnetic field sensing section 12 that is a cross pattern composed of a conductor layer provided on a substrate 11. The shape of an element on the substrate 11 is rectangular, and each of one pair of terminals 12a and 12b of the cross pattern of the magnetic field sensing section arranged inside the rectangle plane is connected to the electrode pads 14a and 14b via drawing electrodes 13a and 13b, respectively. Each of other pair of 12c and 12d of the cross pattern is connected to the electrode pads 14c and 14d without using the routed electrodes, respectively.
