PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate different preload values to one tower bar body. SOLUTION: A fixing bracket 13 is fixed to an upper surface of each strut tower 3 provided on both sides in the vehicle body width direction, and a bolt 14 provided on a fitting part 13d formed on each fixing bracket 13 penetrated through a bolt through hole 12c formed in a connection part 12b at both end of a tower bar body 12 and fastened by a nut 15. A call angleαis set between the fitting part 13d and the connection part 12b. By fastening the nut 15, the connection part 12d is moved in the narrowing direction of the call angleα, and a fore end face 12d of the connection part 12b is butted to a fore end stopper part 13e formed on the fitting part 13d to regulate the movement in the longitudinal direction of the tower bar body 12. When further fastening the nut 15, the tower bar body 12 is elastically deformed to generate the preload. The preload can be changed by changing the position of the fore end stopper part 13e.
