PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of pieces of piping which penetrates a wall surface of a tank body. SOLUTION: A canister 26 arranged in the tank body 11 and an upper space of the tank body 11 are connected at a vent path 36. The canister 26 and an absorption system of the engine are connected at a purge path 37. The canister 26 and the atmosphere are connected at drain paths 38A, 38B. Accordingly, a charge function and a purge function of evaporating fuel are exhibited by the canister 26. In addition, the other end of a breather path 42 one end of which is connected to the vicinity of a fill opening 45a at an upper end of a filler tube 45 for supplying the fuel to the tank body 11 is connected to a drain path 38B outside the tank body 11. Therefore, the drain paths 38A, 38B up to the connection part between the canister 26 and the breather path 42 can be shared as part of the breather path 42, and the number of pieces of the piping penetrating the tank body 11 can be reduced by one piece without necessity for making the breather path 42 penetrate the tank body 11.
