PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque fluctuation absorbing device reducing and suppressing eccentricity while reducing a diameter of a bearing part and a cost. SOLUTION: The torque fluctuation absorbing device is provided with: a flywheel 5 fixed on a first rotating shaft 6 by a fixation member 8; a damper part 3 connected with a second rotating shaft 7 and absorbs fluctuation torque occurring between the first rotating shaft 6 and the second rotating shaft 7 by elastic force; and a limiter part 2 provided on a power transmission path between the flywheel 5 and the damper part 3 and inducing a slide when the fluctuation torque exceeded a predetermined value. The flywheel 5 rotating integrally with the first rotating shaft 6 on a power transmission path between the first rotating shaft 6 and the limiter part 2 has a guide part 5a that prevents movement of a side plate 17 in the damper part 3 and radial movement of a hub member 25, and the guide part 5a is provided on radially internal side of the fixation member 8.
