PURPOSE: An acupressure unit is provided to transfer a pressurizing effect to internal organs through acupuncture points on a hand by being hit with the hand. CONSTITUTION: In an acupressure unit, an acupressure ball(2) is formed into a spherical shape. The entire surface of the acupressure ball is convex shape. Dense concave-convex shapes are formed on the entire surface with the convex shape. A fixing groove(5) is formed in the acupressure unit.
