摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool capable of, when grinding inner surfaces of a plurality of machining target portions, increasing its machining efficiency by simultaneously machining the machining target portions while ensuring its machining accuracy at all the machining target portions. SOLUTION: An inner surface grinding tool 1 is provided with a plurality of coaxially disposed machining units 3, wherein: a control shaft 15 capable of freely advancing and retreating is disposed at a central part of a tool axis of each machining unit 3, a plurality of spline pieces 16 is disposed at a prescribed position of the control shaft 15, and a threaded speed reduction mechanism 9 comprising a slide slope member 7 and a male-threaded member 10 is arranged for each machining unit 3. In addition, an expansion/contraction mechanism 13 to engage with the threaded speed reduction mechanism 9 is provided, and the state of engagement between the spline piece 16 and the threaded speed reduction mechanism 9 is changed depending on the slide position of the control shaft 15, so that, where they are engaged with each other, the expansion/contraction mechanism 13 including an engagement portion 6 of a cutting tool and a slope groove 8 of the slide slope member 7 expands and contracts the cutting tool 5.
