PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool capable of, when grinding inner surfaces of a plurality of machining target portions, increasing its machining efficiency by simultaneously machining the machining target portions while ensuring its machining accuracy at all the machining target portions. SOLUTION: An inner surface grinding tool 1 is provided with a plurality of coaxially disposed machining units 3, wherein: a pair of slide slope members 10 capable of freely advancing and retreating axially along a core shaft 7 as an axis of the tool 1, disposed at positions symmetrical about the tool axis, and having an inclined slide line (s) at a distal end portion of a radial bar 8, is attached, so that cutting tools 5 of the machining units 3 separately expand or contract as the slide slope members 10 advance and retreat.
