PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaporized gas supply device in a simple configuration, capable of minimizing the generation of drain, and capable of easily suppressing the temperature of gas to be introduced into a gas compressor. SOLUTION: The vaporized gas supply device includes the gas compressor 12 equipped with a first stage compression part 12a supplied with boil-off gas spontaneously generated in an LNG tank 21 and a second stage compression part 12b disposed on the downstream side of the first stage compression part 12a, and a heat exchanger 13 disposed on a downstream side of the first stage compression part 12a and an upstream side of the second compression part 12b, supplied with boil-off gas sent out from the first-stage compression part 12a and liquefied natural gas stored in the LNG tank 21, and forcibly evaporating the liquefied natural gas supplied from the LNG tank 21 by a heating value of the boil-off gas sent out from the first stage compression part 12a.
