PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording method for recording management information so as to quickly and surely read-out the management information. SOLUTION: In the optical information recording method, an optical mechanism condenses information light on an optical information recording medium 111 having information recording layer capable of recording information by making an interference pattern formed by interfering the information light with a reference light as a hologram, and irradiates the optical information recording medium 111 with the reference light so as to intersect with the information light on the information recording layer, while a system controller 140 carries out angular multiple recording on the information recording layer by changing the relative angle between the reference light and the information recording medium 111 by driving the optical information recording medium 111 or an actuator 130 for driving the optical mechanism, and records the same management information at two or more relative angles whose angular space is smaller than the angle at least two times the first null angle when recording the management information.
