PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact superheated steam generator in which a steam generating section and a superheated steam generating section are integrated, and which efficiently generate superheated steam by supplying the water. SOLUTION: The superheated steam can be stably supplied by disposing a part of different output in a heater, and improving a heater part so that it is not exposed to a boundary section of the boiling water and the steam.
