PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall structure which enhances a humidity exhaust function, a dew condensation prevention function, a heat insulation function, a waterproof function, etc. SOLUTION: In this wall structure in which a humidity exhaust layerγcommunicating with an attic space K from a bedsill D is formed between a substrateαand an exterior wall material A, a long air-vent forming member 11 is formed at the lower end of the humidity exhaust layerγ. The air-vent forming member 11 is formed of a vertical plane-shaped fixing surface 12, a top surface 13 which is constituted by protruding a lower end of the fixing surface 12 to an outdoor side, upper holes 14 which are formed at regular spacings on the top surface 13, a side surface 15 which is constituted by suspending a leading end of the top surface 13 downward, an undersurface 16 which is constituted by protruding a lower end of the side surface 15 to an indoor side, and lower holes 17 which are formed at regular spacings on the undersurface 16.
