PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation-curable composition that gives a laminate hardly suffering from distortion when formed into a cured film and exhibiting a high creep property on the surface of the cured product. SOLUTION: The radiation-curable composition comprises a (meth)acrylate and a photoinitiator, and gives, by curing by radiation irradiation thereon, a cured product of a thickness of 100±10μm having a light transmittance at a wavelength of 400 nm of at least 85%, a storage elastic modulus E'(80) of at most 500 MPa at 10 Hz and 80°C, and a value F derived from a storage elastic modulus E'(37) at 37°C, a storage elastic modulus E'(45) at 45°C and a storage elastic modulus E'(60) at 60°C, each at 10 Hz, of at most 0.006.
