PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a rotational vibrating machine with high efficiency and high durability, coping with a recent high speed conveying request. SOLUTION: This rotational vibrating machine is equipped with: a base 11; a vibrating panel arranged on an upper side of the base 11; a piezoelectric driving body 14 having an inner peripheral part 14a directly or indirectly connected to the base 11 and extending to the radial direction outside from the inner peripheral part 14a; and an elastic member 15 connected between an outer peripheral part 14b of the piezoelectric driving body 14 and the vibrating panel. The elastic member 15 extends in the radial direction in a range from an inner peripheral side connecting part 15a connected to the outer peripheral part 14b side of the piezoelectric driving body 14 to an outer peripheral side connecting part 15b connected to the vibrating panel side, and is a planar material having a shape 15c bent in a tangential direction.
