PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol filled with nitrogen gas which can prevent oxidation of a beverage such as a wine or Sake or a food product such as a dish and can maintain their flavor or freshness by injecting nitrogen gas filled in an aerosol can into a container of the beverage such as the wine or the Sake which remain without drinking up after opening a container such as a bottle and sealing the container with a lid at eating and drinking shop such as a restaurant or a buffet or at an ordinary home, or by putting the food product such as the dish or the like, which remains without eating up or remained by making too much at the ordinary home, into a container and injecting nitrogen gas filled in the aerosol can into the container and sealing container with a lid.
