PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a high-quality hollow fiber membrane module wherein a hollow fiber membrane opening end face is arrayed on the radial direction inner side. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the hollow fiber membrane module, after the process A of inserting a hollow fiber membrane bundle comprising a plurality of hollow fiber membranes into a cylindrical case, the process B of fixing the hollow fiber membrane bundle to the end part of the cylindrical case by injecting a resin into the case and forming a partition is performed, and the process C of cutting the partition and the hollow fiber membranes projected at at least one end of the cylindrical case is performed further. A ring-like object attachable and detachable to/from at least one end of the cylindrical case is mounted on the end part of a body case, a cap is mounted from the outer side of the ring-like object further after performing the process A, and the process C is performed in the state of detaching both of the ring-like object and the outer side cap.
