The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing fertilizer using manure and more specifically to a method for manufacturing good quality organic fertilizer, wherein manure is decomposed in a storage tank; glycerin separated from the manure and removed; and decomposition efficiency of the soil is elevated thereby to achieve a sufficient nutritional supply for plants. The present invention comprises a step wherein potassium permanganate for decomposition promotion and odor removal is introduced in a storage tank containing manure, and then first decomposition is carried out at a temperature of 100-110°C for 7-10 hours; a step wherein said manure that was subject to said first decomposition is introduced into a rotating barrel-shaped ball mill furnished with a number of iron balls and high speed rotation is carried out for 3-5 minutes to agitate the manure and then a second decomposition after the manure is crushed to a liquid phase; a step wherein rotation of the ball mill is suspended following said second decomposition to allow settling to take place for 5-10 minutes before glycerin floating in the upper layer of decomposed manure is separated and removed; a step wherein said decomposed manure following separation of glycerin is mixed with shell powder, bone powder, and wastewater sludge to form a mixed manure substance; and a step wherein the mixed substance that has passed through said processes is introduced into the fermentation tank for final fermentation and drying. |
