摘要 Provided is a method for producing a high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel plate having a galvanized layer formed on the surfaces of a steel plate containing, in terms of mass%, C (0.01 to 0.18%), Si (0.02 to 2.0%), Mn (1.0 to 3.0%), Al (0.001 to 1.0%), P (0.005 to 0.060%), S (0.01% or less), and Fe and unavoidable impurities as the remainder such that the amount of adhesion of zinc per surface is from 20 to 120 g/m2, wherein, when the steel plate is subjected to annealing and hot-dip galvanizing treatments in continuous hot-dip galvanizing equipment, the temperature in an annealing furnace in a range of 750°C or higher is regulated such that the dew point of the atmosphere is -40°C or lower. According to this production method, a high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel plate having excellent corrosion resistance and also excellent resistance to galvanized coat peeling when subjected to a high degree of processing is obtained.
