Provided are conductive fine particles wherein the blackening of the fine particles can be prevented when the fine particles are stored, so that a high reliability for connection is realized; an anisotropic conductive element using the conductive fine particles; and a connection structure. In each conductive fine particle, a conductive layer and a low-melting-point metal layer are sequentially formed on the surface of a base fine particle. The arithmetic average roughness in the surface of the low-melting-point metal layer is 50 nm or less.
