The device comprises a base system with connections for lines of the lubricant liquid. A control piston (39) with a control element is movably arranged in the base system. A lubrication piston (27) with a metering area (29a,29b,29c,29d) is movably arranged in the base system. The control piston, the lubrication piston, and the base system form a pressure chamber (4a,4b). The control piston and the lubrication piston are moved inside the base system by application of pressure of the pressure chamber.
