PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article pushing device and an article putout machine preventing the jumping-out of an article (a prize) taken out from an article storage section of an article cartridge, to the outside, stacking articles (prizes) in a well-ordered condition, preventing the collapse of the stacked articles (prizes), and stably moving the article to an article putout section for putting out the article in a well-ordered condition. SOLUTION: A prize putout machine 10 includes: a stacker lifting/lowering stand 190 capable of temporarily aligning and storing the prizes; a moving means moving the stacker lifting/lowering stand 190; a regulation member 250 which is provided at least on part of the periphery of the prizes to be stored in the stacker lifting/lowering stand 190 and regulates the movement of the prizes; and a prize pushing section 36 which pushes a prize whose movement is regulated by the regulation member 250, from the stacker lifting/lowering stand 190 to the outside via an outlet opening.
