<p>A hose made from an elastomeric material and a textile reinforcement. The textile reinforcement is made substantially of fibers selected from aliphatic polyamides having a heat shrinkage smaller than 2.5%. Also, a method for producing a hose having a textile reinforcement. The method includes extruding a hose from an elastomer material, applying a textile reinforcement to the outer circumference of the extruded hose, extruding an elastomer covering onto the textile reinforcement, and then vulcanizing the hose.</p> |
