<p>The die cast body consists of hypereutectic aluminum-silicon alloy with silicon (15-25 wt.%), zirconium (0.005-0.3 wt.%), auxiliary alloy component (0-10 wt.%), aluminum (100 wt.%), calcium and/or strontium (0.001-0.05 wt.%), phosphorus (0.002 wt.%) and carbon (0.0007 wt.%). The auxiliary alloy component consists of copper (0-6 wt.%), magnesium (0-1 wt.%), iron (0-2 wt.%), nickel (0-3 wt.%), chromium (0-0.3 wt.%), manganese (0-1 wt.%), zinc (0-3 wt.%), cobalt (0-0.5 wt.%), titanium (0-0.3 wt.%), boron (0-0.1 wt.%) and vanadium (0-0.1 wt.%). The die cast body consists of hypereutectic aluminum-silicon alloy with silicon (15-25 wt.%), zirconium (0.005-0.3 wt.%), auxiliary alloy component (0-10 wt.%), aluminum (100 wt.%), calcium and/or strontium (0.001-0.05 wt.%), phosphorus (0.002 wt.%) and carbon (0.0007 wt.%). The auxiliary alloy component consists of copper (0-6 wt.%), magnesium (0-1 wt.%), iron (0-2 wt.%), nickel (0-3 wt.%), chromium (0-0.3 wt.%), manganese (0-1 wt.%), zinc (0-3 wt.%), cobalt (0-0.5 wt.%), titanium (0-0.3 wt.%), boron (0-0.1 wt.%) and vanadium (0-0.1 wt.%). The alloy consists of a content of impurity element of greater than 0.6 wt.%. The primary silicon crystals in the structure do not exceed an average diameter of 50 mu m and exist in the form of polyhedral crystals. The hypereutectic aluminum-silicon alloy is treated with mold filling time of 10-300 milliseconds in die casting. The deposition of the primary silicon is carried out in the mold. The calcium is added in the form of a calcium alloy (AlCa10) and/or the strontium is added in the form of a strontium-alloy (AlSr90 and AlSr10). The die cast part is subjected to heat treatment, a mechanical processing or a honing operation.</p> |
