PURPOSE: A paper sheet processing device is provided to cost efficiently extend the space of a receipt box while increasing reliability. CONSTITUTION: An input or output device(1) inputs and outputs paper money through an open hole. A discharge unit(2) transfers the papery money inside a paper money processing unit. A discriminating unit(3) determines whether the papery money is counterfeit or not. A plurality of receiving units receives and discharges the paper money through one opening.
