PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing benzopyrane derivative for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases is provided to suppress NO generation and eosinophile increase. CONSTITUTION: A benzopyrane derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. An intermediate compound is denoted by chemical formula 2. A method for preparing the intermediate compound of chemical formula 2 comprises: a step of dissolving a compound of chemical formula 4 and 3-chloro-3-methyl-1-butin in a solvent under the presence of base to obtain a compound of chemical formula 7; and a step of irradiating microwave to the compound of chemical formula 7. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases contains the benzopyrane derivative of chemical formula 1 and pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as active ingredients.
