PURPOSE: A memory control apparatus generating a plurality of commands is provided to generate a plurality of commands at frequency which is lower than a memory clock. CONSTITUTION: A request generator(310) generates a memory request from a data access request about a memory. A memory bank information management unit(340) manages an operation state of the memory. A command generator(350) generates commands according to row selection information, column selection information, and memory bank information at a frequency which is lower than the memory clock of the memory. A command alignment unit aligns the command according to the memory clock. |
