<p>PURPOSE: A touch screen device with a two-dimensional conductive sensing network is provided to finely configure a network structure of a conductive sensing network, thereby realizing a touch screen with high resolution. CONSTITUTION: A conductive sensing network of a two dimensional network structure includes nodes(32) and unit branches(33) on one side of a substrate member. First and second scan signal output terminals(37,38) sense the X/Y axis coordinates of a touch location in a touch sensing area. First and second resonance circuit units are resonated to a scan signal through the conductive sensing network. X/Y axis sensing circuits sense an electric characteristic through the scanning of the first and second resonance circuit units.</p> |
