A method for manufacturing an aluminum device, comprising the steps:
-mechanically assembling parts of the device, at least one of said parts consisting of an aluminum alloy;
-heating the device up to a first temperature, said first temperature being smaller than a brazing temperature of the device;
-keeping the temperature of the device within a defined temperature range near the first temperature for a defined duration; and
-heating the device further up to the brazing temperature.
