PURPOSE: A warm water discharging apparatus for preventing safety accident by the carelessness of a user is provided to maintain the discharging pressure of the warm water and prevent from wearing although the warm water. CONSTITUTION: A warm water discharging apparatus includes a valve housing(110) in which a water exit unit is formed, a button unit(120) in which a first hook unit is formed, a lever rod(140) which a second hook unit is combined with a first hook unit when the bottom is pressured. A lever(150) is combined in the lever load and raises the lever load. A push rod is combined in the lever load in order to be ascended and descended with the lever load.
