PURPOSE: A drill for instantly planting an implant after tooth extraction is provided, which prevents slip in the slope side of the alveolar bone. CONSTITUTION: A drill for instantly planting an implant after tooth extraction comprises: a cutting front part(110) drilling patient's alveolar bone; a cutting guide surface formed in the outer circumference of cylindrical drill; a cut surface(120) which is formed to be slant at the cutting front part; an exhaust guide side(130) connected to the bottom of the cut surface; an exhaust groove(140) in which the section has a quadrant shape; a cutting part(100) including an exhaust surface(150); and a connection part(200) connected to the bottom of the cutting part.
