PURPOSE: A nanocapsule including a corrosion inhibitor, a manufacturing method thereof, a composition including thereof, and the surface processed steel plate using thereof are provided to emit the corrosion inhibitor to the steel plate by the change of the pH due to the corrosion. CONSTITUTION: A nanocapsule including a corrosion inhibitor comprises a core layer polymer polymerized by a monomer including a hydrophilic property acid monomer, and more than one shell layer polymer surrounding the core layer polymer. The basic corrosion inhibitor is inserted into the core layer polymer.
