<p>PURPOSE: A GPS(Global Positioning System) antenna of a mobile terminal is provided to prevent the change of the volume or the internal structure of a mobile terminal by being simply mounted on a battery cover. CONSTITUTION: A GPS antenna(210) is formed into a rectangular-shaped metal sheet. A slot(220) is formed in the metal sheet. The thickness of the slot is approximately 1mm. The length of the slot is half the target frequency. When the length of the slot is greater than the length of the one side of the metal sheet, the slot is formed into a C-character shape. One side of the metal sheet is attached to a battery cover.</p> |
