PURPOSE: A sorting apparatus for a semiconductor device is provided to improve process speed by including a moving buffer for consecutively loading and unloading a device. CONSTITUTION: A tray loading unit(210) loads a tray in which a first device is mounted and a first moving buffer unit receives the first device from the tray loading unit. A first transferring unit inserts the first device mounted in the first moving buffer into a burn-in board. A second transfer unit draws out second devices from the burn-in board. A plurality of second moving buffers(900) load the second devices from the second transfer unit. A tray unloading unit(220) loads second devices in the tray and unloads it to a tray processing unit.
