LEVEL SHIFTER USING OUTSIDE AND INSIDE INDUCTOR OF CHIP, INVERTER HAVING THE SAME, AND LEVEL SHIFTING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An inductor outside a chip, a level shifter using an inductor inside a chip, an inverter including the level shifter, and a level shifting method are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and an area occupied by the level shifter by using the inductors inside and outside the chip. CONSTITUTION: A voltage converter(12) uses a coil type metal pattern formed on a PCB as a first inductor to change an input voltage and uses a metal layer formed on a chip mounted on the PCB as a second inductor to change the input voltage. An output block(13) filters the noises included in the first voltage generated from the voltage converter and generates a pulse signal corresponding to the filtering result. The output block outputs the output voltage has a preset level as the level shifted voltage of the input voltage based on the pulse signal.
