PURPOSE: A separator for a fuel cell, a manufacturing method thereof, and the fuel cell using thereof are provided to improve the rheological property of a product and a reactant, and to improve the capacity of the fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A separator(200) for a fuel cell includes a convex protrusion, and a concave groove. A channel is formed by the groove between protrusions. The channel includes a spiral fluid flow-inducing path inducing the flow of fluid to proceed while rotating. The spiral fluid flow-inducing path is a spiral groove with the rotation angle of 1~90 degrees.
