PURPOSE: A multiplexed MS3 mass spectrometer which detects the decomposition product of ion, toward which laser is emitted, is provided to accurately set the mass of intermediate by calculating the detecting time of C component toward PD product. CONSTITUTION: A multiplexed MS3 mass spectrometer comprises an ionization source(100), a tube(102), a reflector(104), a linear potential reflectron(108), an ion gate(106), a PD cell(110), a PD laser(112), a quadratic potential reflectron(114) and a detector(116). The ionization source releases the ion delay. The ion emitted from the ionization source passes through the tube. The influence of the around electric field about the progressive direction of the ion is blocked by the tube. The reflector controls the direction of the ion passing through tube.
