PURPOSE: A printing apparatus and a method for turning pages of the printing apparatus are provided to improve the page-turning performance of the printing apparatus by separating a plurality of abnormally turned printed-pages. CONSTITUTION: A casing(110) forms a transferring passage for printed pages in a book shape. A transferring unit(120) transfers the printed pages to a page-turning hole part in the transferring passage. A page-turning unit(160) turning printed pages arranged in the page-turning hole part. A sensing unit for counted pages(150) detects the counted number of pages which are turned by the page-turning unit.
