PURPOSE: A transparent conductive layer, a transparent electrode thereof, and an organic electronic device thereof are provided to remarkably improve a light transmittance property by using a multilayer thin film structure which includes a metal thin film layer. CONSTITUTION: A planarization layer(20) is formed on a substrate(10). The planarization layer planarizes the surface of the substrate. A first insulator/semiconductor layer(30) is formed on the planarization layer. A metal thin film layer(40) is formed on the first insulator/semiconductor layer. A second insulator/semiconductor layer(50) is formed on the metal thin film layer.
