PURPOSE: A method for forming an icon sheet and an icon sheet formed by the method are provided to prevent tin from being lost or decolorized when the temperature of a resin is higher than 200 degrees. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming an icon sheet comprises the following steps. A mixed thin film in which tin and aluminium are mixed is formed on a release film(S510). A printing layer is formed on a mixture thin film. 1~10% aluminum is mixed with tin to form a mixed thin film layer. The rate of aluminum in which tin is mixed is smaller than 20%. A result with a high resistance thin film is obtained by the above processes.
