PURPOSE: A device for fixing a soundproof plate for a noise barrier is provided to reduce manufacturing costs of a soundproof plate by simplifying assembling and disassembling works of the soundproof plate. CONSTITUTION: A device for fixing a soundproof plate for a noise barrier comprises guiderails, notching pieces, and elastic pieces. The guide rails are installed in both sides of a soundproof plate(20). The notching pieces are formed in the guiderails or supporters(10). The elastic pieces are inserted into the notching pieces and are elastically adhered to the outer surface of wing pieces.
