PURPOSE: A method is provided to overcome fatigue, to improve emotional health, and to prevent the diseases of adult people. CONSTITUTION: A dandelion extract is extracted by mixing dandelion and the water and heating it. A ginseng extract water is manufactured by mixing red ginseng extract and water and heating it. The red ginseng extract and the dandelion extract are mixed based on 1:8 or 1:11 ratio according to the weight. In the step of manufacturing dandelion extract, it includes the flower of dandelion, and the leaf and root and it mixes dandelion and water to the weight reference to the rate of 1:20 and dandelion. In the step of manufacturing the red ginseng extract, the ginseng and the water are mixed with the ratio of 1:15 based on their weights for 1~72 hours at the temperature of 70~90°C.
