PURPOSE: A wrapping material is provided to simply open a product without intentionally removing a label. CONSTITUTION: A wrapping material includes a sheet body(1), a lateral sheet(2), a grip piece(4), and a protection sheet(5). The sheet body surrounds a wrapped object. The lateral sheet contacts both ends of a sheet body to be expanded along with both ends of the sheet body. The grip piece is formed by cutting the sheet body. The protection sheet is adhered to the sheet body to cover the grip piece.
